Social Impact Factory Bids Farewell to Futureproof After 4 Impactful Years

Futureproof was a collaborative initiative born from the combined efforts of Social Impact Factory, Starters4Communities, Fawaka Ondernemersschool, Social Enterprise NL, and numerous partners. After four years of building Futureproof together, Social Impact Factory concluded its involvement in 2024 to focus on expanding our Dare to Lead Society program in partnership with Enactus NL! Futureproof is part of the Dutch national programme Maatschappelijke Diensttijd (MDT), MDT is short for, Maatschappelijke Diensttijd, a journey for young people aged 14 to 30 to discover the best version of themselves. By participating in MDT, you explore your talents while making a positive impact on others.

What is it?

Futureproof is a free training program in impact entrepreneurship for individuals aged 14 to 30 who are ready to take action and make a meaningful difference. Through professional workshops led by experts, coaching sessions, and hands-on work experience, participants collaborate on their own projects or contribute to existing social or sustainable enterprises. Whether you’re tackling plastic pollution, greening your neighborhood, addressing loneliness, or designing sustainable fashion… Everything is possible Futureproof empowers you to make an impact—entrepreneurial aspirations are welcome but not required.
