Not everyone able to be present at the meeting? An online meeting offers the perfect solution. With our Virtual Meeting Service, together with our dedicated technician, we ensure your meeting, presentation, or lecture can take place remotely.
You invite some (or all) participants online yourself and make sure everyone logs in at the right time and in the right way—we assist you with video and audio.

For online meetings, good preparation is half the battle. We’re happy to share a few tips to help make your online meeting a success. Whether you use Zoom, Teams, Skype, or Whereby.
Which features do you need?
Every meeting tool comes with a range of features. From whiteboards to chats and breakout rooms. It’s important to decide in advance what you want to do, so you can set up the tool properly and familiarize yourself with how it works. This way, you’ll be able to assist participants smoothly during the meeting.
Ensure all participants have the right tools installed.
Many people now use their own laptop or computer at work (BYOD). Before the meeting, verify that everyone has the necessary tools installed and is comfortable using them.
Share the correct links in advance
For online meetings, you need a link. Always send an invitation from the tool itself to the participants, which includes the link. That way, they can simply open the calendar invite and click the link.

We’re happy to assist you in organizing a social hackathon. This is an event where you collaborate with others to solve a problem. Originally, hackathons were events where programmers solved a specific problem within 48–72 hours by developing an application. Today, that’s no longer a requirement—everyone can participate in a social hackathon. The concept is highly adaptable to themes, challenges, and ideas for improving organizations. At its core, a hackathon is about solving problems and advancing ideas under time pressure.
Want to organize a team outing with impact? We’d love to help you make it happen. Together with your team, department, or company, you can truly make an impact. Think of volunteering activities or visiting a social enterprise. As a company, you can make a real difference. Does your organization need to solve a complex challenge? A hackathon is the perfect way to tackle it. During such a session, experts from our network collaborate with your organization to find solutions to a problem.
The goal is to create the most concrete plan possible. It’s all about solving problems and developing ideas under time pressure.
You can organize a Social Hackathon with us starting from €1650 (excl. VAT), accommodating up to 30 people. This price includes coffee and tea, the right location, and experienced facilitators.
