Physical accessibility

All our locations are easily accessible by public transport. See below the accessibility details.
Wheelchair-accessible toilets available at each location.
Our locations in Utrecht are fully wheelchair friendly – in Amsterdam, this applies to the ground floor.

Sensory Accessibility

Clear signing and pictograms. Our hosts are available for guidance
A mobile induction loop is available upon request.
A quiet room is available for those experiencing overstimulation.
Guide dogs are welcome.

Language and Communication

Clear, simple language is used in signage and communication.
Our team is fluent in Dutch and English, and some days also Spanish, German and Turkish – we’re happy to assist you in the language that suits you best.
Optional: A (sign language) interpreter is available upon request.

Inclusive Staff and Community

There is awareness of intercultural communication.
Our team stays up-to-date on inclusive and ethically responsible forms of interaction.
We seek collaboration partners who share the same values.

Safety & Code of Conduct

Emergency Response: Our team has successfully completed and stays up-to-date with emergency response BHV-training . In case of an emergency, you can speak to one of our staff members – you’ll recognize them by their Social Impact Factory sweater or t-shirt.
Social Safety: Do you feel unsafe or experience inappropriate behavior? Please report it to us. We will take every report seriously and ensure you are heard. We work with a trustee from vertrouwenskracht.com

Accessibility

Public transport: Within walking distance from Utrecht Central Station (approx. 5-10 minutes). The route is largely at ground level.
Parking: Parking garages ‘Paardenveld’ or ‘Hoog Catharijne’ are nearby and can be used on your own. There are limited disabled parking spaces in the area. For more information, see our route description.

Mobility accessibility:

The main entrance is ground-level and wheelchair-accessible; larger wheelchairs can use the rear entrance.
The doors are wide. There is no automatic door opener.
All meeting rooms are accessible by lift.
The corridors and rooms are barrier-free and spacious enough for wheelchairs.
There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet on the ground floor. Our colleagues at restaurant de Utrechter or Social Impact Factory will be happy to show you the way.

Accessibility:

Public Transport: About a 15-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. Please note that streets around the canal can be bumpy (cobblestones) For more information, see our route description.
Parking: Private parking is available. There are 10 spots, one of which can be reserved in advance at €16.00 per half-day (€32.00 for the full day), excl. VAT.
Would you like to reserve a parking space? Please send us an email with your name, organisation or name of the meeting, vehicle registration number and whether you would like to park for half a day or a full day. We will make sure your spot is reserved.

Please note: The navigation address for the car park is Pieterskerkhof 23. You can recognise the entrance by our logo next to the gate on the wall. Ring the bell and let us know who you are and which meeting you are coming for – we will then open the gate for you. Exit is automatic via a motion sensor, no assistance is needed for this. The car park is available between 08.00 and 18.00.

Accessibility

Public Transport: Are you travelling via Amsterdam Amstel station? Metro 51 towards Isolatorweg runs to Overamstel metro station. From there it is a 9-minute walk. Are you travelling via Duivendrecht station? Then metro 50 towards Isolatorweg runs to Overamstel.
Parking: There is limited on-site parking, including one disabled parking space. Please contact in advance for reservation. The cost is €15 ex VAT per half-day session. The spot can only be booked in conjunction with an event taking place at the venue.
