The Eventspace is a large, inspiring room located on the ground floor of the building, behind restaurant De Utrechter. We’ll go over all your specific wishes together to ensure your event makes an impact.

Monumental hall, once the winter residence of writer Belle van Zuylen. Ideal for afternoon and evening events or receptions.
The colourful circular flooring by Studio Wae represents the 17 SDGs. Creative space for workshops or brainstorming sessions. Natural daylight, LED screen, flip chart, 39 m²
Suitable for meetings of up to 28 people or workshops and presentations for up to 50. LED screen, flip chart, 62m²
Event spaces at the Kauwgomballenfabriek location in Amsterdam
Meeting room for 32 people, or up to 70 in theatre setup. Including LED screen, flip chart, 71m²
The event space is ideal for presentations, receptions, drinks, and (walking) dinners. The layout of this spacious room can be adjusted in consultation.

A great start to the day
Start the day with a hearty breakfast served in your room. Want to have breakfast at the brasserie at the Vredenburg location? That’s of course possible. We’re happy to reserve a table for you. You can choose a small ‘Early Birds’ breakfast, consisting of:

- Coffee pastry
- Fresh orange juice
Additionally, you can choose the ‘Early Birds Deluxe’, consisting of:

For lunch during the event, we can set up a nutritious and varied buffet with salads, fresh bread, hot items, and sweets. Enjoy lunch in one of our shared spaces, possibly with other parties, but at your own table. Or choose to have lunch in your room.

Dining during the event? That’s possible! There are various options, from an afternoon snack to a fully catered multi-course dinner (group menu).

Your event at the Vredenburg location?
Then you have the option to dine at De Utrechter before or after your meeting. We’re happy to reserve a table for you. At the restaurant, you can enjoy unlimited small dishes for a fixed price. For groups of 8 or more, they serve a selection of dishes from the kitchen. This way, it’s nicely varied, and no one needs to order individually.
Guests can enjoy their own dishes, but also share with each other whenever they like.
