What personal data do we process?

Social Impact Factory processes various personal data. We process this data because you have signed up for events, booked a meeting room and/or workspace with us, or because you work or collaborate with us.

The following personal data is processed:

  • First and last name;
  • Address details;
  • Phone number;
  • Email address;
  • Photos;
  • CV / work history.

We use this personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing the booking of a workspace or meeting room;
  • Recruitment and selection of employees and/or interns;
  • Processing registrations for an event;
  • marketing and communication purposes for Social Impact Factory.

Automated decision-making

The personal data processed by Social Impact Factory is always handled by a person (for example, an employee of Social Impact Factory). Social Impact Factory does not make decisions based on automated processes that could have an impact on individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems.

How long do we retain personal data?

Social Impact Factory retains personal data for a maximum of two years after the termination of the agreement, unless the law requires Social Impact Factory to retain the data for a longer period.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Social Impact Factory will only share your data with third parties if necessary for the execution of our agreement, to comply with legal obligations, or for communication from the organization. We never sell your data for commercial purposes.

By processing data on behalf of Social Impact Factory, we sign a data processing agreement to ensure that your data is handled in the same secure manner by trusted parties. Social Impact Factory remains ultimately responsible for these processing activities.

Important! It is important that we know the request you have made. Therefore, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with your request. Please make sure to black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number, and BSN (citizen service number) for privacy protection. This is to protect your privacy. Social Impact Factory will respond to the request as soon as possible, but at least within 1 month.
