Yes, our locations are wheelchair accessible. Social Impact Factory aims to be accessible to everyone who wants to work or meet. If you need assistance, please contact the host at the relevant location. We’re happy to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately, our location in Amsterdam is less wheelchair accessible. There is no lift, and the entrance has a few steps. However, you can enter through the back with a (regular, narrow) wheelchair, and we will gladly assist you with this.

Not all meeting rooms can be locked. If you need to briefly leave the meeting room, valuables can be left at the reception. There is always someone available to keep an eye on them. However, this remains at your own risk.

Yes, both locations in Utrecht have an elevator, but unfortunately, there is none at the Amsterdam location. If you need assistance, please contact the host at the relevant location. We’re happy to assist you.

Yes, we have a private room available for pumping, with power outlets provided. Ask our hosts on location, and they will guide you to the room.

Of course, there’s nothing better than stepping outside for some fresh air. The Vredenburg location offers a terrace, and at Aan de Gracht, you’ll find a lovely picnic area by the canal. In Amsterdam, we have a beautiful rooftop terrace, and we’re in talks with the municipality about adding some tables outside (perfect for sitting under the trees in the sun).

We have various meeting rooms at each location, ranging from 2 to 120 people. Check out our full overview here

Under normal conditions, we can accommodate groups of up to 120 people. As an event venue in Utrecht, our large room on the ground floor is perfect for large groups. It’s also possible to book multiple rooms at once or even rent the entire venue. In the past, we’ve facilitated events for up to 500 people. Yes, all rooms are equipped with a projector and/or LCD screen. We also have a professional sound system and wireless microphones available. If you require any special equipment, please let us know. We’re happy to assist and can arrange almost anything through our suppliers.

This is not allowed in the meeting or event spaces. We work with various catering partners who provide all catering (and in Utrecht, our restaurant De Utrechter). From lunch to dinner, drinks, sweets, and healthy snacks, we can fully complement your event with a wide range of options. Of course, we are happy to accommodate special dietary requests. Please let us know well in advance so we can ensure the kitchen is informed.

No, we do not set up coffee and tea pots in the room. This is a conscious choice to reduce waste. Instead, unlimited coffee and tea are available at the machines on all floors of our building. However, if you prefer coffee and tea in the room, we can certainly arrange that. Please let us know in the notes when making your booking.

Yes, you can. Please let us know in advance by calling the relevant location or sending us an email. We’d love to hear what kind of cake you would like and how many people it should serve. We’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

Eating and meeting has never been so easy! We can cater everything from breakfast, healthy snacks and sweets to lunch, dinner, and drinks. Our hospitality partners work with sustainable, organic, and locally sourced products as much as possible.

That’s possible! We can set up a drink reception with a variety of delicious drinks and snacks in a meeting room or a common space. At our Vredenburg location, you can also reserve a drink reception at De Utrechter restaurant.

Yes, we offer various types of workspaces, including flexible and fixed desks. Social Impact Factory is your co-working space in Amsterdam and Utrecht!

Are you still studying and looking for good study spaces in Utrecht? You’re in the right place with us. In our social lounge, you can book an affordable flex workspace where you can also study comfortably.

Plan to visit us more often? Then buy multiple credits at onces—it’s convenient and offers benefits.

Workspaces are available from €12.50 (excl. VAT) per day in our Factory Lounge. You can stay flexible with our Factory Credits; to get the most out of this, it’s best to purchase multiple credits at once.

From €23.00 per day (excl. VAT), you can work in our comfortable flex workspaces in the large open area on the first floor. Here, you’ll have more space than in the Factory Lounge, and you’ll be seated at a good desk chair. If you plan to use this more frequently, check out the benefits of our memberships.

We have multiple options for fully private offices, both in Amsterdam and Utrecht. You’ll be part of the entire location, the community, and enjoy all the facilities. Yet, you’ll have your own office in unique, highly accessible locations. Contact us if you’re interested in a private office.

As a member, you become part of our dynamic, fast-growing network. With your flex desk or private desk, you have the opportunity to use unbooked meeting rooms for free (ask us for the conditions). Memberships start on the first day of the month and can be canceled monthly. The cancellation notice period is one month and must be given before the first day of the month. To cancel, simply send us an e-mail.
