Wharf cellar construction: changed route to Social Impact Factory Aan de Gracht from November 9

From November 9, 2026, construction work will begin on the wharf cellar at Kromme Nieuwegracht 12. As a result, the section of the Kromme Nieuwegracht between the Drift and the Ambachtstraat is temporarily closed to through traffic. The work is expected to last until mid-May 2027.

How to reach us?

Our location remains easily accessible, but the usual route via the Drift/Kromme Nieuwegracht is closed. You can reach us via the Ambachtstraat or Muntstraat.

On foot and by bicycle:

• Between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM (working hours): Use the detour via the Ambachtstraat or Muntstraat. there will be

• Between 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM (outside working hours): There is a temporary footbridge over the cellar near number 12.

Suppliers & motorists:

• The Kromme Nieuwegracht is only accessible for local traffic between the Ambachtstraat and Muntstraat via the Pieterstraat (against the direction of traffic).

• Please note: The turn into the Ambachtstraat is very tight and therefore only accessible for passenger cars (not for trucks/vans).
