Social Impact Factory offers you, your colleagues, and your guests unique locations between home and the office. Always flexible and sustainable, so you have the right environment to make a difference every day. Alongside your own office and home office spaces, we offer a variety of (flexible) workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces at unique and easily accessible locations in Utrecht and Amsterdam.

We offer various credit packages for workspaces and vouchers for meeting and event rooms. Participation starts at €10,000 per year. You will receive various discounts and become part of a large group of positive future-makers. What do you get as an Organization member?

Membership packages

We offer three packages, each with a set number of workspace credits and a meeting voucher. These are valid for one year and can be used at any location and at any time.

The workspaces always include a spacious desk with a comfortable chair, fast internet, and free (fair trade) coffee, tea, and water (including sparkling). With the meeting voucher, you get a 10% discount on booking our meeting and event spaces. For each participant, we charge a contribution for coffee/tea, and you can always add a delicious lunch, drink, or dinner. Does this sound like something for you? Become a partner in the Social Impact Factory Fund

Support social initiatives and non-profit organizations
As an Organization member, you also become a partner in our “Social Impact Factory Fund.”

We have set this up to give deserving parties that cannot (yet) afford it a place at the Social Impact Factory. With each Factory Organization membership, we donate a sum of money to social initiatives and non-profit organizations. This gives them access to our locations for, for example, workspaces or event spaces.

We double your contribution
With your membership, you enjoy many benefits and also support social initiatives and non-profit organizations. A portion of each package is reserved for donation to the Factory Fund. So with your membership, you are truly making a difference. We also invite you to contribute a little extra. You can do so with an additional donation from the workspace credits or meeting voucher you purchased. We promise to double your contribution, even if you make an additional donation!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can every organization participate?

If your organization is looking for ease and flexibility to frequently use our locations, then you are certainly welcome as an Organization member.

There are no special conditions, but you will enjoy various benefits!

Why should I become an Organization member?

As an Organization member, you receive many benefits. For example, you can always access our spaces and have access to a large and interesting network. You will also pay less for workspaces and book meeting and event spaces at a discount.

What if I’m not sure about my needs for a whole year?

We look at which package of work credits and meeting vouchers fits your organization best. With our other memberships, you can also flexibly start and get less discount. See all our offerings here.

How long is my Organization membership valid?

We make agreements for a period of 12 months. During this time, you are flexible in using your work credits and meeting vouchers. This way, you can effectively respond to your needs during both busy and quiet periods.

Can everyone in my organization use it?

Sure, everyone working for your organization can use a workspace, meeting room, or event space. We can make arrangements with you about how this will be done. A reservation will be deducted from the available workspace credits and meeting voucher.

Are there any additional costs?

If you and a colleague book, coffee, tea, and water are included. Book a meeting room or event space, then receive a 10% discount on the room and calculate the cost for food & beverages, depending on the number of attendees. This is a fixed price for coffee, tea, and water, plus any costs for lunch, drinks, or dinner.

When and how do I pay?

Your participation as an Organization member is fully invoiced at the start and must be paid within 14 days. The costs for additional food & beverages will be agreed upon when booking a meeting or event space and will be invoiced separately after each meeting.

What is the validity of the work credits and meeting voucher?

The work credits and meeting voucher are valid for 12 months from the start. If anything unexpected happens during the period and changes are needed, we will always try to make the necessary arrangements.

Can I contribute to the Social Impact Factory Fund?

Through the “Social Impact Factory Fund,” we carefully select social initiatives and non-profit organizations to give them a helping hand. With your Organization membership, a portion automatically goes to the Factory Fund. You can contribute further by donating workspace credits and/or a meeting voucher.
