All our meeting rooms and event spaces have a creative atmosphere and are equipped with modern technical facilities. This ensures your meeting is productive and your event unforgettable. Memberships

We offer both fixed and flexible workspaces for you and/or your team, with the choice of a quiet space or a more vibrant environment. Our workspaces come with a spacious desk, a comfortable office chair, fast internet, and free (delicious) coffee, tea, and water (including sparkling!). With our memberships, you decide where and when you work. This way, you can create the ideal work week for yourself.

As a member, you’re part of a community and enjoy many benefits, such as unlimited coffee and tea, discounts on meeting rooms (or even free if you book on the day itself), and access to call booths. We also organize various gatherings at Social Impact Factory, such as lunch seminars and networking events. This way, we make it easy and accessible for everyone to connect. Frequently Asked Questions

On which days and times can I come?

Our locations are open on weekdays from 08:30 to 18:00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. This applies to all guests and members. For meeting room rentals, we can make special arrangements, and there are also options available in the evening or on weekends (for an additional fee). If you have specific requests with an Office membership, we can discuss what is possible.

Can I come to the SIF last-minute?

Even if you’re not a member, you can always visit us on the same day, subject to availability. Choose a Factory for a Day. Liked it? Then purchase Factory Credits for your next visits or become a member!

Why should I become a member?

As a member, you receive many benefits. You can always visit us and have access to a large and interesting network. You also pay less for your workspace compared to Factory Credits and can book meeting rooms at a discount (and even for free if there is availability on the same day).

How long am I committed to a membership?

With us, you have a lot of flexibility, as memberships can be canceled on a monthly basis. However, for the Office Membership, there is an initial start-up period, after which it can also be canceled flexibly on a monthly basis.

If I want to work flexibly with multiple people, is that possible?

Yes, absolutely! For each workspace (flex, desk, or office), one person can work per day. It’s up to you to decide who will use the space on which day. This way, a team that is actually larger can use the reserved workspace(s) flexibly.

Am I tied to a fixed location, or can I work at other locations as well?

If you have a Flex Membership, you can also use a flexible workspace at other locations. Desk members and Office members can book a flexible workspace at another location at a discount. Whether there is actual availability depends on the space, but we will do our best to arrange a spot.

Do the prices vary by location?

The prices for Flex, Desk, and Office members are the same at all locations. For each meeting space and certain services like catering and parking, we look at what is a reasonable price locally.

Can I register my company at your address with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK)?

Yes, you can if you are a member. For Office members, this is included in the package. For Flex members (who use at least 3 days) and Desk members, this is possible for an additional fee. Ask a sales representative about the options.

How and when do I pay for my membership?

We invoice halfway through the current month with a payment term of 14 days. Payment is made via direct debit.

If I am a Flex member, can I carry over unused days to the next week or month?

You choose in advance how many days per week you want to come to work, and we take that into account. You can choose very flexibly which day(s) of the week you want to work, but unfortunately, you cannot “save” days or carry them over to the next week or month.

If I go on vacation or am sick, will I get days back or can I carry them over?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. In exceptional situations, we always consult with each other and try to find a suitable solution for everyone.

Do I pay less for my membership if there are public holidays in a month?

No, we keep the prices the same throughout the year. Our pricing takes into account months with more or fewer available days.

If I want to work for half a day, how does that work?

A half-day with us is 4 hours in one day, regardless of the time you want to start. If you’re a Flex member, you can arrange with the host to divide your booked day(s) in a week into half-days. If you’re not a member and want to work flexibly, feel free to book a half-day with Credits, Factory for a Day, or in the Factory Lounge, and you’ll pay less.
