A great start to the day
Start the day with a hearty breakfast served in your room. Would you like to have breakfast in the brasserie at the Vredenburg location? That is also possible, of course. We’ll be happy to reserve a table for you.
Furthermore, you can choose a small ‘Early Birds’ breakfast. In addition, you can also choose the ‘Early Birds Deluxe’. A more extensive version. For current prices and more information, please refer to the foodbook.

A tasty break for new energy
For lunch during the event, we can set up a nutritious and varied buffet, with salads, fresh breads, hot items, and sweets. Enjoy lunch in one of our communal areas, possibly together with other parties, but at your own table. Or choose to have lunch in your room. There are three options for lunch:
- SIF 12 o’clock lunch
- Lunch buffet
- Lunch to go

An energizer or something tasty with coffee during a meeting or event? Discover our range of snacks.
In Utrecht, enjoy a ‘baasbroodje’, the ultimate plant-based alternative. Or go for another savory snack, such as a börek or beetroot wrap with goat cheese.
More of a sweet tooth? Then choose something tasty from De Koekfabriek, a pastry from Vroeg, or our Sweet & Good mix.
Or go for a nice piece of fruit to pick up your meeting with full energy.

Dining during the event? It’s possible! There are various possibilities. Choose dinner in the room or in one of our communal areas.

Discover the unique offer per location!
Together with our partners, we make our offer as local, sustainable, and fair as possible.
For example, we offer delicious and fair cookies from De Koekfabriek, made by special bakers with a distance to the labor market. And we work together with De Utrechter, who contributes to a good and healthy living environment with a varied vegetarian and vegan range. Catering for our Aan de Gracht location is delivered sustainably by cargo bike.
At the Aan de Gracht location, you have unlimited access to coffee from Moyee; this coffee comes from a fair chain, is forest-protecting, hand-picked, slow-dried, and roasted to perfection. During your breakfast or lunch at our location, enjoy fresh juices from Schulp, who have been making conscious choices since 1861 so that all the beauty our Dutch land has to offer can be preserved. And you can have sustainable drinks with beverages from WastedBeers, Naturfrisk, and The Good Wine.

Also at the Kauwgomballenfabriek location, we offer a varied vegetarian and vegan menu, partly thanks to Vegitalian. The tap water is filtered, cooled, and carbonated by krnwtr+. You tap your own water here and can finish it with a flavor of your choice from Roze Bunker syrups made from rescued fruit!
