The EU Pay Transparency Directive is coming into force, raising key questions for organisations: what does it mean in practice, and how can it create real value?In this interactive session, experts and business leaders share insights, practical examples, and peer experiences to help you turn regulation into action: with clear takeaways you can apply in your organisation.

π₯ By whom? βͺ Samira RafaelaΒ works on the implementation of the EU Transparency Directive with PwC Netherlands, after serving in the European Parliament, leading EU social and trade policy and co-architecting the Pay Transparency Directive. She was also a visiting fellow at Cornell University where she researched global pay transparency legislation and policies. βͺ Marie-Louise DaniΓ«ls (Reward Specialist at Van Lanschot Kempen). She helps shape reward policy and prepares the organization for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. She focuses on equal pay, clear processes, and practical lessons toward transparent and sustainable HR practices. βͺ Jamie Holton (Senior Programme Manager and Secretary to the Board at UN Global Compact NL). Supporting over 380 companies on sustainable and inclusive impact. She has a background in international policy and humanitarian work.
