Our monumental building, located on the corner of Vredenburg and Catharijnesingel, is perfectly accessible. Just a few minutes’ walk from Central Station and right on the edge of Utrecht’s city center, you’ll find meeting rooms, event spaces, and your ideal flexible workspace in Utrecht.
Modern technical facilities, spacious rooms, fast internet, access to various events in Utrecht, and a strong network of professionals in a vibrant location where social entrepreneurship is central.
Working, studying, meeting, and networking—it’s all possible here. But of course, there’s no need to do it on an empty stomach! When you book a meeting space at Social Impact Factory, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, or dinner at our hospitality partner, De Utrechter, located on the ground floor.
Have food and drinks delivered to your meeting room, or we’ll reserve a table for you in the restaurant on the ground floor—the choice is yours. We make it as easy as possible for you so that your day with us is a success.

End your event in a cozy way with drinks. This is the perfect time to network or relax with colleagues. Enjoy the various drink options at our locations.

A great start to the day
Start the day with a hearty breakfast served in your room. Want to have breakfast at the brasserie at the Vredenburg location? That’s of course possible. We’re happy to reserve a table for you. You can choose a small ‘Early Birds’ breakfast, consisting of:
- Fresh croissant with butter
- Coffee pastry
- Fresh orange juice
Additionally, you can choose the ‘Early Birds Deluxe’, consisting of:

For lunch during the event, we can set up a nutritious and varied buffet with salads, fresh bread, hot items, and sweets. Enjoy lunch in one of our shared spaces, possibly with other parties, but at your own table. Or choose to have lunch in your room.

Dining during the event? That’s possible! There are various options, from an afternoon snack to a fully catered multi-course dinner (group menu).

Your event at the Vredenburg location?
Then you have the option to dine at De Utrechter before or after your meeting. We’re happy to reserve a table for you. At the restaurant, you can enjoy unlimited small dishes for a fixed price. For groups of 8 or more, they serve a selection of dishes from the kitchen. This way, it’s nicely varied, and no one needs to order individually.
Guests can enjoy their own dishes, but also share with each other whenever they like.
