We are a small team and live all across the Netherlands. That’s why we were looking for a central place where we can collaborate and host our clients and partners. • For what kind of meeting(s) or workspace do you need an external location?
  ”We are a small team and live all across the Netherlands. We were looking for a central place where we can work together and host our clients and partners. And what’s more central than Utrecht? Having our own office space in Utrecht wasn’t an option for us. Not just because it’s unaffordable, but also because it’s not necessary: we often work on-site with our clients and meet at the office no more than one day a week on average.”

• What was the deciding factor for you to choose Social Impact Factory?
  “Actually, there were several deciding factors. The price-quality ratio is excellent for us. With our Flex Membership, we can save significantly on housing costs and come to the office flexibly whenever we want. The location is super central, less than a five-minute walk from the train station. Besides that, there are many nice meeting rooms, and it’s absolutely no punishment to work above De Utrechter, with all those delicious lunches.
  SIF’s sustainable approach is also important to us. Sustainability is something we are committed to at Fairdata, and we want to project that to our clients as well. Finally, we find it very valuable to share our office with various organizations that, like us, want to make a social impact. We can often help and strengthen each other.”
