Troy Planning + Design is an international planning and urban design consultancy founded in 2013, with offices in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

We work with local authorities, communities and private sector clients to create sustainable, inclusive and high-quality places. Our expertise spans spatial planning, urban design, infrastructure planning, neighborhood planning and community engagement.

We are particularly passionate about creating walkable and bikeable cities, where people can move easily, safely and sustainably. Working collaboratively with Dutch experts and specialist consultancies, we bring together international experience and the Netherlands’ world-leading expertise in cycling infrastructure, sustainable mobility and people-centred urban design.
